After having the Putnam County Tournament cancelled by rain, and their game against Newtown suspended due to rain, the Lady Tigers finally got to play a game as they visited North Shelby Thursday. Brashear scored 2 runs in the 1st, then exploded for 9 runs in the 2nd on their way to a 14-0 win in 5 innings. Averi Acton homered and had 2 other hits for Brashear, Emily Mason and Alexa Higgins had 2 hits each, and Tanna Garlock and Hannah Grissom also had hits. Averi Acton picked up the shutout win, striking out 4. The Lady Tigers JV also won 9-0.
